I always look forward to my time at Fab the Salon Stourbridge. There’s always ample parking. The staff are super friendly and greet you on arrival. Even the customers say hello. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm clientele are offered a drink and there are toilets that are very clean and easy to find. Clearly sign posted with arrows. Staff are always conscious that you may be too warm or cold so they even look after you in that respect too. I always manage to find something pretty for an unexpected gift for a friend too. Stylist can always recommend products if you present them with your needs or any styling issues you may have. Highly knowledgable and professional. My stylist Philippa could work at Fab the Salon- Himalayan Mountains- I’ll be going there. She’s amazing at her craft and with my hair, what she can do with it, astounds me. Thank you Philippa xx

Absolutely love going to FAB to have my favourite treatment with Sarah. You always get a warm welcome from all FAB staff as soon as you walk in. You don't feel like a customer but more of a friend. Not only do you get a treatment but you also get a wonderful service, a conversation, some one asking how you are and taking an interest in you. I highly recommend FAB and any of the FAB team, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

FAB’s my happy place - I love coming here, would never trust anyone else with my nails or brows! Everyone is so welcoming and it’s nice to sit down, chill for an hour whilst being pampering and have a good catch-up. Sarah “nails” my designs every single time - I don’t even bother telling her what I want as I know her vision will be 10/10. Can’t wait until she’s back full time!💖💖💖

Love my little visits to the salon for Sarah to work her magic. Have no idea where she gets all her energy from, she's non stop. Brightens up the day with all her stories (that laugh!)🤣. Also remembers all her clients weird ways. Mirrors!!🤣🤣
